Fault Investigation

Service Description

The initial booking is for a 1 hour slot but the Initial fault investigation covers up to 2 hours of fault investigation time. Any additional time required to identify the cause of a fault is charged at a standard rate of £100+vat per hour. If the fault can be rectified within the initial 2 hour allocation there is no further charges other than parts if required. Any time required to resolve the fault above the initial 2 hours is charged at a standard rate of £100+vat per hour.
